I've been fortunate to have been eating this fine product for 50 years since I first moved to Solano County. Always superb! My children and other family members request them too. They are a perfect gift! Years ago, the CA Apricot Board published a recipe for Apricot Pepper Jelly which I taught hundreds of people to make as part of my career with UC Cooperative Extension in Solano County. It's always a hit using these apricots.
